At StrideGlides, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not 100% thrilled with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

Returns

You may return your StrideGlides within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition (gently used is okay)

  • Returned with all original components and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

How to Initiate a Return

  2. We’ll respond with return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Ship your item back using the provided instructions.

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed promptly. Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • Refunds may take a few days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we’re happy to exchange it. Just reach out to us at [[email protected]] within 30 days of delivery and we’ll get a replacement sent your way.
